These two holiday cottages are new for 2006 and a conversion of an old stone built shippen (barn) in the grounds of Berrio Mill. Berrio Mill nestles in the peace and tranquillity of the undiscovered Lynher valley. Approached via a quiet country lane, these cottages have been created for those who really want to escape from it all. From your cottage you have the opportunity to spend the day exploring the local scenery with footpaths and circular walks through woodland and meadows and along the River Lynher. There is an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants in the surrounding Cornish villages and towns

Our guests have complete access to the fields, footpaths, river, streams and woodlands of Berrio Mill. Here we have an 8½ acre smallholding with sheep, chickens and honey bees. Guests are also free to fish for salmon, sea trout and brown trout along our 600 yard river bank or just take a picnic and let the herons and kingfishers do the fishing for you!
