One of the largest family owned and run hotels in Devon close to the county town of Exeter and the resorts of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham and set in 19 acres of woodland on the coast at Dawlish overlooking the golden sandy beaches of Dawlish Warren.
The hotel has 66 en-suite bedrooms on just two floors, with 10 at ground level
and the remainder on the first floor, accessed by a lift or four staircases.
They are all being constantly updated to maintain today's standards of comfort
and convenience and are all tastefully decorated with colour co-ordinated furnishings
