The farmhouse was built in 1658 and was modernised to a high standard in 2000. The accommodation consists of one twin bedded and two double bedded rooms, all of which are ensuite, with colour TV and tea making facilities. There is a large lounge with TV, board games and Library. Ample parking is available in a private courtyard.
The farm is a working farm, where beef and cereals are the main enterprises
and we also have a horse livery. Half the farm is owned by the Gaia Trust and
is farmed with conservation and encouraging wildlife in mind. Adjacent to Tarka
Trail (part of S.W. Coastal Footpath) and RSPB bird santuary, walking distance
to sandy beach at Instow. Ideal touring centre for exploring North Devon and
Cornish coast and Exmoor. Self catering and B&B. Open all year.
