Suffolk Holiday Cottage

Angel Cottage, Wenhaston

Wenhaston,
Suffolk

Angel Cottage, an early Victorian terraced cottage in the pretty village of Wenhaston close to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, has views over fields towards Blythburgh and the 'cathedral of the marshes'.

The pretty front garden leads to the front door, which opens directly into the sitting room with exposed beams and wood burning stove. A timber framed opening leads through to a cosy dining area and fitted kitchen and the bathroom is also on the ground floor. A door from the dining area opens on to the stairs to the first floor with one double bedroom and one single bedoom.

The south-facing garden is a particular feature and provides a sunny sheltered area. Beyond the decking, a few steps lead up to a long narrow garden with very well stocked flower borders. At the far end, another step takes you up into a large, secluded area of lawn with a garden bench and a large summer house with seating.
