'Brownies' is a beautifully presented bijou holiday cottage, one double bedroom, available to rent for week or long weekend breaks in the idyllic heritage coastal village of Orford, Suffolk. Tucked away within a few yards of the Quay, Brownies has been restored to give a light and contemporary hideaway whilst still retaining some of its original “cottage” character. In addition, two other properties are available.
Orford is still a small unspoilt village; a great place for walking, bird watching, sailing, eating and drinking or just relaxing. The larger towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold and Woodbridge are just a short drive away. The renowned Snape Maltings music venue is a few miles north and there are golf courses nearby at Aldeburgh, Ufford and Woodbridge.
